Trading wagner and roden... possibly 40 man spots and giving them chance to play.... we have two many ppl good depth. Good problem. They also want right handed bats. Loperifdo has performed roden and wagner no. and probably Martinez has more upside than both they feel. I feel so too.

Manoah bad Bieber will need a spot bruihl Nance Sanchez can come off... anybody else matters on 40 man I think . Also possible injuries need more space. Trade roden and wagner ar deadline or lose

Yeah. It does sort of seem like France is just a right handed Wagner replacement. I'd rather have Wagner because of the extra upside, but maybe they felt they really needed the catcher depth.

Varsho back is a huge bump.

Bullpen reinforced and rested with the day off.

Kirk set to play in AAA tonight with a possible return to the Jays on Sunday, per Schneider.

Bieber's next outung will be in AAA, possibly as early as Sunday. My guess is he would get 2 starts there, so he's likley about 2-3 weeks out if those go well.

Ha. What a missile by Vladdy. His second half numbers are becoming pretty monstrous.

His homerun swings always look so beautiful. 113.9mph on that one

I hate that we always get burned by only a handful of his pitches. He can have 95% of a good game but we still lose because of a select few pitches in bad spots.

The crappy Gausman is here. His pitches just hang there like batting practice pitches when they are like that. Not giving his team a chance tonight.

8 hard hit balls given up by Gausman and counting. Even the outs are loud.

Why is a 34 year old catcher trying to bunt for a base hit down by 4 runs?

Jays are having some very poor at bats so far.

The league constantly adapts. Players slump too. That's baseball. Hope jays come back soon this is rough

Yankees are getting hot. The Jays are not. This is going to be a grind.

This stretch sucks right now, but let's get Kirk and Springer back healthy before going into full on panic mode. Kirk especially

Ty France might last a week on this team. That might be too long.

Good news for now is Marlins scored 5 runs in the 7th to tie it up.

10-9 now and Bird and Bednar in for all runs

Marlins win. All the of Yankees acquisitions combined to totally blow it. Bird, Bednar, and Doval all coughed up runs while Caballero from the Rays made an error in the 9th that cost the game.

That’s a shame
