Are you talking about a debit mastercard? Because if so, that’s not how it works. It’s just a debit card you can use in places that only accept credit cards. It’s still just a debit card with no access to your credit.

Hmm, thanks. I still have no intention of using the card because I misunderstood the wording in the introductory letter.

Could it just be a custom made one? Something they aren't supposed to use but they aren't aware?

I was following someone last week that I'm sure had a custom made plate, had a newer number but everything about it was otherwise wrong.

Have seen, online at least, the plates that Sovereign Citizens use. Like they were made in a remedial kindergarten class.
