He probably screamed at Skinner and blamed Bouchard humiliating him in the dressing room.
But frankly McDavid was really nowhere to be seen when he was needed most in the last two games, nor was Drasaitl.
And if McDavid is running out of gas now, he's a year older next year.

Exactly the same as last year. Both of those guys just completely disappear in the most important games. Every single time.

It's what happens when you have no depth.
Barkov and Reinhart are two of the best defensive forwards in the NHL. Forsling is a beast.
They don't have to worry about needing to stop another line, so they can just load up those three against 97 and 29.
