I guess he's qualified to do player evaluations? That's the only thing I'm unsure of since his main job was in communications.

Good for him. How many AGMs do you need though?

Maybe it means Nonis is getting ready to leave, or slow down.

I really like Peter. A very good guy. A class professional. I am happy for him to get the promotion.

Probably but I hope not, Peter Hanlon was seen not heard for decades, Sean Kelso is a bit of a spastic tw*t.

As a Comms graduate that has applied to numerous jobs within the CSEC I like to think my resume has passed by his desk at least once.

Ok, probably not.

I've always heard Peter is top shelf material.

Is there some arbitrary limit to the number of AGMs a team should have that I’m not aware of that has caused the question to be asked a few times?

I assume this info is hidden away with the standard work experience list for the role, that no doubt includes something like “this is an entry level role, 3-5 years of experience is required.”

He could be AGM as well. It isn't like they're going to get a "too many AGMs" penalty

Under Treliving, the Flames had 3 AGMs (Conroy, Pascall, and Snow) for 3 seasons.

This is just bringing them back to what they had then.

The staffs are huge not sure what the issue is here. The only thing is him handling player evaluations. Not sure a guy setting up interviews is qualified for that but eh knows.

I echo you and Bingo's take, Hanlon is one of the good guys for sure. And if they heeded his views in the past 5 years we would not have squandered some of the things we once owned. All the time in the world with that guy.

Just trust us on this one.

Does Pascall stay in charge of the Wranglers, or is that Hanlon's now?

Maybe part of his evaluation is how the player handles themselves off ice, during an interview?

Equivalent to VP and Director roles in orgs where there's 3 levels to the whole org chart.

Is there anyone currently in the Flames organisation who has been around longer than Peter Hanlon? He joined the Flames around the same time that Iggy did (as a prospect). Good for him, I wish him all the best!
