Sunnyside used to flood constantly. My MIL lived where the movie theatre is and the basement would flood almost every year.

Unfortunately it's between me and my destination. If you could have a bridge built over it, I could get from the bluff to downtown and be able to spit on it from above, so that'd be fine with me.
