Greer and that 4th line were an absolute factor in this game too. Being able to roll them out with regular minutes was huge in forcing the oilers to start hearing footsteps. And the fact they all got involved when Frederic tried to act tough was awesome. Great team win
|

Brilliant win for the good guys. That's the team that had me so confident going into this series with the Coilers. They're a complete team from the goalie on out, and they play a relentless style that I didn't think the Soilers could match.

One of the worst periods of playoff hockey I've watched in my life, although it was ultimately satisfying. The Oilers were absolutely vile. Dirty hits, cheap hits. Everything.
It's pretty hard to become the dirtiest team in the playoffs when you're facing the dirtiest team in the playoffs, but Edmonton managed that tonight. When the bar in on the floor and you still manage to worm under it? That's how you know it's Edmonton.
Also shouldn't Perry get a game for dropping his gloves in the last minute, or were they all out of penalties?
