Because that’s what it is. Poop is for toddlers. Schit is when you’ve taken charge and gonna plop and it will not be long. My 28 year old neighbor uses it. He said his doctor recommended it for everyone regardless of age. I just cannot stand the taste. Pills don't seem quite the same.

I put it in my smoothies, don't notice the taste at all. Though that might be because the rum masks it.

I ate and drank poorly one Christmas break and got a bad case of constipation. Bought some of the powder and realized that this stuff makes pooping more of a one-shot complete elimination and reduces the amount of bowel movements required over the course of a day to one good one.

Nah. Those unicorn 1% of population who have perfect well balanced diets can do that, those here on planet earth know that will never happen for ourselves. Thank god my wife was a food nazi to our kids and raised them to eat healthy stuff. They like vegetable over meat for some reason.

I have been eating a lot of salad lately and substituted raisin bran for cracker/chips snacking and still no substitute for a good Metamucil elimination.
