Oprah Winfrey Helped Create Our American Fantasyland
Any assessment of her possible presidential bid should consider the irrational, pseudoscientific free for all she helped create.

Oprah’s long history with junk science
She may be the most powerful crank enabler on the planet.

Seth MacFarlane accuses Oprah of elevating 'purveyors of pseudoscience' after promoting Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz on her show
He specifically took issue with her promotion of Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz and anti-vaxxer Jenny McCarthy

The competition is fierce for that particular title!

First place is probably locked up but lots of competition

Hope he goes ballistic enough to have a fatal stroke. And I hope it happens on air, while I’m at Rudy’s or Jacqui’s karaoke show. Rudy’s is a left leaning bar, and Jacqui is a trans KJ. What a party that would be!

Hey you know what DOGE should do...start running nuclear power plants. What could go wrong?

The White House just dropped an executive order significantly shaking up operations at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the government’s nuclear safety regulator widely regarded as the “gold standard” for global nuclear power safety operations.
The WH says NRC has failed to license new nuclear plants because the agency has tried to “insulate Americans from the most remote risks” without taking into account “domestic and geopolitical costs” of risk aversion. They slam the “no threshold” model NRC uses for rad limits

I am listening to Apple in China right now. Awesome telling of the rise of Apple and how they made China an electronics super power. The scale of investment there is literally mind boggling.

It would be literally impossible to replicate that in the US without the similar work force and the manufacturing partners that invested in the factories and tooling.

Great interview with Jon Stewart. This guy would be awesome to talk to. His enthusiasm is so cool.

Won't happen of course. We're in the consequence free timeline for baddies.
I mean, re-wind to Epstein times and they literally had their own Island HQ Fortress like out of a Bond film. The only thing they were missing was a Volcano.

WTF happened to Jake Tapper? He was reasonable but went to the dark side. Money?

Can’t think of his name but there is a name actor who also flipped. I don’t get it.

US nuclear regulation is a mess and has been a big reason the US has been left in the dust for nuclear production:

This is one of these changes that needs to be done carefully following a risk based approach and ignoring the public. But this administration likely can’t be trusted to do it.
