Lets be honest he just wanted an all-expense paid trip to Austria for the Frankfurters to be washed down with copious amounts of Stiegl!

And should he be blamed for that? He should not. I would do the same thing.

Now I want some sausage and a Stiegl.

Does Parekh stich around as a reserve player for the main tournament? He's not on the official roster so curious how that works? Apologies if this was already discussed.

Zach Boychuk is still playing? Who does he play for?

edit: hasn't played in the NHL for 10 years, or NA for 9 years

His passes are always so perfect and he’s always looking to make a play. Could be such a game-changer for the flames.

I was thinking the same thing. Where did they dig that guy up from?

Interesting that Zayne changed to 77

Only reason I can think of is if Doughty is going. He wore 89 at the 4 nations, and Dobson already has 8.

Most of his passes are connecting and he actually made two very astute defensive plays before the goal.

He is playing with Sanheim on what seems to be their top pair. He didn't play on the powerplay, which was too bad even though it makes sense. Canada is starting to find a bit of chemistry it seems, because the first part of the second period was rough.
Where are you guys watching these games? I've been keeping an eye on TSN but haven't seen any games listed.

The jersey numbers for this game seem to be completely random compared to the first game, Weegar wore #79, Dobson wore #24

I’ve been saying all along that Zaynes not a scronny tween like everything seems to think he is. His frame is NHL ready.
