Looks like supply shortages reminiscent of COVID are coming to the states in the coming months thanks to dear leader's pointless trade war.
There's a latency effect to these things, but summer will all but assuredly come with empty shelves and higher prices at local retailers and potentially pharmacies. A lot of logistics/port truckers are also cutting staff and selling off.
Soon MAGAs won't be able to escape nor deny the new reality they've helped to create.
It also sounds like Canada who exports over a billion dollars in toilet paper (and more specifically wood pulp which goes into TP) may make life harder for the US in that regard if negotiations don't go smoothly.
At least the mad TP rush will be justified this time.
I heard somewhere that most retailers have 5-7 weeks worth of stock for most things, but when people start freaking out that will certainly go fast.
Our local grocery is doing BOGOS for spices and cooking oils, 2 of the things that will definitely face fairly high price increases. Interesting timing.
This entire trade war is incredibly stupid, but picking a huge fight with China was by far the dumbest thing they could have done. China doesn’t f*** around and they’re much smarter and much better prepared to play this game, while Trump still doesn’t even understand what a tariff is or how it works.

The not secure Signal clone that the Trump admin has been using has been shut down after getting hacked after it came to light that the Trump admin was using it.
I mean the whole point of Signal is that your messages are encrypted end to end no one else can open them, not even Signal.

No, it's a byproduct of the absolute mess that Youtube's algorithm is. Many content creators have talked about how annoying it is that they have to title their videos this way or the vidoes get buried by YT.

Yeah, that’s why I had to stop watching so much. I understand they do what they have to do, but I’m already subscribed lol. And then the other guy hawking his book all the time, and whoever else puts something out every 5 minutes.
Then there’s the “I’ve Had It” ladies. Okay information, but all that “micro penis” stuff they put out there just isn’t funny any more.
The same thing happens with resellers. I used to watch lots of that content, but no longer do.
In the areas of the internet where people have become desensitized/fatigued by sensationalized titling, some creators have tried the opposite approach, by taking it to the other extreme with titles
i.e. "I called this..."
"I'm going to say it..."
Basically a super vague phrase that makes it sound like they're going to confess something.
It's interesting to see the evolution of the tactics behind clickbait.
I hope Meidas is just imitating dear leader's propoganda news because otherwise they've gone a bit overboard with the approach.
A lot of the time the content of the video doesn't relate to the title or thumbnail at all..
I've definitely watched a lot less lately out of annoyance at how misleading they and similar channels have become.

They really just want to be the Empire. They are fascists, this is normal for them. They also called the Trump campaign the Death Star.
People still struggle to understand that there are real world fascists who genuinely like fascism, even the historical and fictional ones that normal people consider the obvious bad guys.
These people WANT to be compared to Nazis and the Empire, 'cause they think those guys are cool, and these guys are mostly pathetic.... just like the original Nazis were in reality extremely cringe and pathetic.
It's probably a major reason a lot of them are fascists. Musk is a prime example, he's a pathetic wanker who desperately wants to be cool, and that's why he does Nazi salutes. Because he thinks Nazis are cool.
Not everyone thinks they're the good guys. A lot of people, men especially, are extremely fond of the idea of being the Big Bad. (And then get upset when people treat them like the bad guys they really are.)
A lot of the time there's no actual difference between cosplaying a Nazi and being one.

I like how they pose these "why do we do/get our ___ from ____" statements without ever sitting down and investigating to answer their own questions from actual sources within the industries.
Strong arming every one into doing everything within the US will have dire consequences, not only because it disrupts systems that companies/corporations have established that work well for them (contrary to the clown regime's beliefs, globalism does serve a purpose), but because it's highly unrealistic to establish within any sort of timeline that bears fruit within the current administration's term.
At this rate their own people will be coming for the heads before christmas.

Yeah. I forgot to mention that I often listen to Vaush (annoying as he can be) because he calls out the Dems and acknowledges the rare times when the current regime may have a point. RFK Jr is an idiot, but we do have too much crap in our diets. Why he thinks eliminating food safety inspections would help with that no one knows. And I’m still going to use my expeller-pressed canola oil, lol.
