9 seat differential. If it shrinks you wonder if a few MPs might be willing to switch teams.

You can always tell when someone who never leaves the Fire on Ice subforum wanders over to Off Topic. It's just babble.

The Federal NDP are already going to lose official party status with this election, do you just want them to fold entirely?

I would be more than happy for no more floor crossing. You want to change sides or become independent? Well let's vote again. The people didn't vote for whatever party you want to switch to.

I can understand not liking Singh, but cheering for the demise of smaller parties makes no sense to me. We don't need to look very far to see where a two-party system has been a disaster.

One silver lining for PP is that he still doesn’t have to bother with a security clearance

Oh I agree but its happened in the past. With the numbers this close you have to think there might be some maneuvering or things we haven’t seen before? I still like the idea of some sort of LIB and CON alliance.

That seems vanishingly unlikely.
I think a coalition government makes sense, a fly by wire minority makes sense, but from what party are people going to cross the floor enough to form a majority?

Ideally yeah, everyone would work together. But when have they? I don't see this version of the conservatives working with the liberals. PP isn't that guy.
