And L.A. got 5 goals, 12 assists, and whatever he produces in the playoffs for that 3rd-round pick.
Philly and Vancouver can't be very happy about that whole trade tree at the moment. I'm thinking they'd like to rip it out by the roots and salt the earth.

Fun trivia tidbit.
Sieloff is the only player in NHL history to score a goal in every game they ever played in the NHL, AND have played more than 1 game.

Chucky would not put in the requisite work either.

Really hard not to get excited about Perekh. A lot of analysts have him in their top five prospects and some in their top 2 or 3. Typically you wouldn't get a player like this outside of the top 3 in a draft. The flames seem unlikely to draft there, so getting that level of prospect at #9 and in the first year of the rebuild is massive. Let's also keep in mind that a significant number of top five picks bust.
Parekh could also be the best offensive dman on the club since Phil Housley (yes I know Gio had that one incredible year). Best offensive defenseman to play a significant part of their career here since McInnes?
Parekh could change the whole offence on the team. An effective PP alone could push the Flames into average goals for territory.

I wonder if it's a good idea he plays or not. He just played a long season in the OHL, a round of playoffs, practiced for a week in the NHL then played a ton of minutes in his lone NHL game.
I'd be weary about throwing him out there for another potentially long playoff run.

Would be hilarious if he plays for the Mens team, but not good enough for the Jr team...

Top 3 is achievable I feel, obviously a lot of life in front of that thought but ZP is a special player! How exciting to have him and Wolf in two prime positions for the foreseeable future!

Off topic but with Weegar having evolved into the D and leader he is and Hubey having had a really nice bounce back year the trade doesn’t feel nearly as bad as it once did.
