I don't want to be one of those "read the book" people, but you should really read the book!
It's so charming and i think the show lacks some of that due to pacing and leaving out many of the conversations.

I might do that. I was pretty impressed with the show, so I might be inclined to read the book, despite the fact that I didnt know there was a book and I dont like reading the book after the movie or show, I much prefer the reverse order.

The thing that really got me is that Obi-Wan exhibits an almost preposterous amount of positivity for a Russian.
MacGregor was just a force in this show.

Definitely read the book. His internal thoughts and his outward charm is truly something that Amor Towles (the author) balances really well.
His relationships with Nina, Sofia, and Anna are all really well done.
I've re-read it about 3 times. Its one of my favourites

Done and done sir! I have Amazon'd it.
That was a really good show so I'm stoked for the book.
After that show I'm in the mood for something cheery and uplifting (of which I have read the book!) 'The Tattooist of Auschwitz!'

Well the first episode of the Tattooist of Auschwitz has been nothing if not a non-stop cheerful thrill ride.
Nothing bad is going to happen right? Right??

Everything positive I said about Prime Target on Apple a few weeks ago. . . just ignore all that. My god, did it drag and drag towards the most unsatisfying ending. Worse than CW garbage. More like The WB Network garbage before the merger helped.
Just wrapped up season 5 of Fargo last night, and it was pretty great. A few episodes in I was debating killing myself, but things picked up substantially. Jon Hamm made an exceptional villain, and Juno "the only reason not to watch Ted Lasso" Temple was actually wonderful in it, which was a pleasant surprise. The penultimate episode felt like it was a few years ahead of it's time, but then I remembered it takes place in 2019.

I’ve enjoyed the first 3 episodes of Paradise. Even the bad 80s music (like in American Psycho).
The psychologist ####s her patient in the shower on the first date, and reveals to him confidential information from another patient? I guess the APA does not exist in Paradise.

Locke how dare you? Juno was the best human being on Ted Lasso.

What...you're bringing this up now?
I didn't like her character. I tend to lean away from characters with the 'London Street-rat' accent unless they're really something special.
Look at Star Trek: Picard. I'd have fired Jack out of an airlock.
Keely was alright but...she just took away from the more interesting story-lines for me.

She's a fun character, but not on her own.

I was focused on the team, and the soccer and Ted and Roy, you know, the interesting stuff.
Keeley's 'London Street-Rat' nonsense and her random advertising agencies and dating apps and the love triangle element just wasn't interesting.
She was only interesting when Hannah Waddingham was practically lifting her. If she wasn't in a scene with Waddingham she was purely flat.
I should also credit Jeremy Swift (Higgins) for doing a lot of the heavy lifting too. She just wasn't interesting.

Yeah I think she was good when she interacted with the players as they obviously all swoon over her, but respect her, so there's always playful banter. But when on her own she's pretty annoying. I understand why they don't want to have her as just the footballer's girlfriend or whatever, but I ended up empathizing more with her corporate liaison that was supposed to be her heel. And yeah her accent is out of control. Didn't they bring her back to the team at the end of 3? I can't remember.

She was great!
