However misa is breaking records has the base tools. Size, skating, shot, iq, how well he uses team mates. For some reason misa isnt getting the respect he deserves. Like i said literally breaking records in his draft year. To me he is a sure thing. I have him over schaefer.

Find a different path forward. Trading Parekh isn't the answer.
Going after Misa should start with the Flames 2 1st round picks. If the Devils drop out of the playoffs we could be dealing with two picks in the teens. If the Devils drop and the Flames drop harder, we could try to use a #10 and #15 pick to try to jump up.
Depending on where our picks end up, the question is going to come down to how much more we need to add? If they want a prospect then it needs to be one of our wingers: Suniev, Battaglia, Honzek, Stromgren. They all have varying amount of value based on their post draft years and could be desirable enough to dangle in front of whichever tanker team is sitting on the Misa pick.

I doubt Miromanov has any value to Chicago. Martinez helps stabilizing a young promising defensive core. Miromanov is just another fire alarm waiting to happen.
There has been nothing reported about Martinez being available, unless you know differently?
After trading Jones, I believe Chicago intends to keep Martinez for the rest of the year.

No team will trade the Misa pick, for the very same reason why Calgary would want it. And certainly not for a collection of lesser stuff.
Now, if that team coveted Parekh, that might be a start.

I doubt any team in the top 3 is trading Misa for a couple of first rounders in the 10-20 range, even with a couple of good prospects thrown in.
The proposed Parekh for Misa is a good hypothetical as trading an A++ prospect is almost the only way a team is getting another A++ prospect from a rebuilding team.

Bouchard D+0 Year - 67gp, 25 + 62 = 87pts +23 1.3ppg (28th best OHL D Season)
Bouchard D+1 Year - 45gp, 16 + 37 = 53pts +28 1.2ppg
Parekh D+0 Year - 66gp, 33 + 63 = 96pts +39 1.45ppg (10th best OHL D Season)
Parekh D+1 Year - 56gp, 31 + 68 = 99pts +43 1.77ppg (13th and climbing)
"Lots of offense" is probably underselling it.

Ah, the Jay Feaster approach.
‘Hey Colorado, we’ll give you 6,22,28 for 1 (Nathan MacKinnon)’
Colorado ‘No thanks’.

I don't know how Osterle continues to find NHL homes but good for him.

Trying to understand the numbers. If 96 points is 10th best, how can 99 points be 13th best?

They took him aside to put him on waivers until he interrupted them
"I'm not Solovyov."
