Watching that press conference was infuriating. I always liked him but my respect for Zelenskkyy has skyrocketed. It also tells me that Canada was being way too passive with Trump. This master negotiator falls apart with a little bit of pushback and tuns into a child having a tanturm. Very low IQ energy. And that weasel Vance...

Canada should have NEVER agreed about anything regarding Fentanyl and illegal movement across the border. We should have directly told Trump to F yourself and that we know how to take care of our borders, and we are doing just fine and there will be no funding dictated by you and no border czar. Bring on the Tariffs, we can handle it, but we can't handle a child telling a sovereign country what it needs to do.

Also, after that press conference, Liberals probably gained a few more precents, lol. Whether you like him or not, Trudeau (and Carney) needs to comment on this very strongly in favor of Zelenskyy and against Trump.

In fairness to Canada, the border plan was put into place back in December before Trump was even sworn in. And I'm convinced that the "border czar" thing is essentially a silly made-up position just to give Trump a fake win. Canada and Mexico both played him like a fiddle.
