You think Trump really wants to annex Canada? This would be the last election GOP ever won. Add Canada to the current deadlock and US votes Dem for pretty much eternity. Recognize bluster for what it is.

Yeah… I’m sure we will be swing state and not represented more in line with Vermont…

Engineers between 19 and 24, most linked to Musk’s companies, are playing a key role as he seizes control of federal infrastructure.

The level of stupidity being shown by the average pro negotiate voice in Canada is astounding, the tariffs have sod all to do with the border, Trump likes tariffs, he's thick like that, doesn't really understand them, probably does think Canada has to pay them, he needed an excuse to declare an emergency as the POTUS doesn't have the power to enact tariffs outside of an emergency, it's just an excuse, not the actual reason.
Second Canada would not become a state and we wouldn't have any rights, we would be Puerto Rico north, no vote, no rights just get our stuff ripped off

You just described me to a tee - just replace big beard with little beard- I hear ya man. Plus I live just off 17th Ave, where all the Freedumb rallies were going on. During the Olympics too, when I wanted to rep Canada merch...so frustrating. I just saved it for days I was walking around with my S.O. (she's Asian), it was only saving grace in public.

What’s reallllly being brushed aside by the Trumpsters is inflation and the Fed. It’s almost like Donnie’s brain trust is trying to steer things towards a repeat of the 70s

So it is obvious that you haven't even made yourself aware of what is actually being Tariffed nor the price tag . People where just using those items as examples so people like you would understand. But it looks like you took it literally.

Plus, if America was in charge of energy production in the former Canada, you can count on it being expanded without regard for environmental or social consequences.
America has been after Canadian resources, including water which isn’t being talked about much right now, for ever. What I am having trouble figuring out is why this approach when they have basically been able to get our resources at a discount through conventional means.

I believe cars are included if/when the full $155B is implemented in about three weeks. This $30B list is just the warning shot.
