It's not about enforcing anything. It's essentially trolling their legislature into having an actual debate on why they should be allowed to masturbate and it can be framed against why masturbating is okay but abortion isn't. And they will actually have to discuss it in an open forum.

I'm not sure their is a better tactic to deploy here. Remember, only one party is trying to take the rights of Americans away. Only one party is left to defend American liberty from the tyrannical. This is not a "both sides" thing.

It's how he counts. He starts with the real number, which is about $45 billion, and instantly doubles it. That's the first number you hear out of his mouth. Then he'll go to 150 or 200 which becomes the new baseline. But it's always a bit more the next time he talks, so that's the 225. Next week it'll probably be 300. Once you recognize the pattern, you see he deploys it everywhere.
