He's such a petty, repulsive person that it's entirely possible the Canadian tariff idea popped in his head after a few moments of resentment towards Trudeau. I'm still not convinced the Tariffs were ever going to happen.

The threat just reeks of Trumpian chest-puffing.

Now, I fully admit that I could be wrong. Trump is a 'Grade A Moron' after all and their behaviour is erratic and illogical by nature. Maybe he will do it, but a reasonable person would see that those levels of Tariffs are a disaster waiting to happen.

So I'm more inclined to believe that it was a juvenile and transparent negotiation scare tactic.

The real question remains, if I'm right then Drumpf really wants something else. What is that? That I don't know.

If the tariffs go through, there is probably more opportunity for Mexico and Canada to increase trade with each other and bypassing the U.S. At least I think there would be, granted I am not a expert on trade or if the logistics would work out.

Mississippi state Sen. Bradford Blackmon, a Democrat, introduced a bill this week that would seemingly ban men from masturbating or engaging in other sexual acts when they have no "intent to fertilize an embryo."

The bill, titled the "Contraception Begins at Erection Act," would make it unlawful for "a person to discharge genetic material without the intent to fertilize an embryo." It includes exceptions for sperm donation and using contraception to prevent fertilization.

The bill, introduced Monday, imposes fines of $1,000 for a first offense, $5,000 for a second offense and $10,000 for any subsequent offenses.

The bill is unlikely to pass the GOP-led state Legislature, but if it does and is signed into law by Gov. Tate Reeves, a Republican, it would go into effect in July.

I think it's a great move. It's going at them with the exact same tactics to expose hypocrisy over personal autonomy through legislation efforts, not just lip service. I don't think they seriously think things like this will pass, but it hammers home the idiocy of the other policies. Each sperm is a potential life. So masturbation is murder.
