The one that I laugh at the most is terry jones. Every one of his takes seems to be the one that keeps his golden buffet ticket active. He’s trading junk posts for junk food.

What I laugh at most is the argument that the play should have been whistled down IMMEDIATELY when McDipstick was tackled. Because “reasons” (which, so far, none of the whiners have been able to articulate other than “B..b…but it’s Connor!”).

Between the Amazon Prime video, this and other incidents, it’s clear that this is a player with a temper that needs perpetual ego stroking.
His own medical staff, press releases as he “works through” a suspension for violent stick work, his agent as President, his coach, cherry picking, long shifts, it goes on and on. And the de riguer use of ‘best player in the world” which at its most simplistic is a debate.
Oh and his dog on the ice for a player award.

According to Friedman, McDavid is showing the league he won’t take it anymore and he’ll stand up for himself. Huh??? If anything it’s shown every other team how easy it is to get him off his game. I hope other teams start playing him a lot more physically nown
Yeah, there were still 5.5 seconds on the clock when he got away from Garland, and rather than moving himself into position to try and get a scoring chance, he instead decided to crosscheck Garland in the head.
If his goal was to send the message that he can't be messed with, I don't think he did a very good job of that. Is any team going to look at what happened and think they shouldn't do the same thing in the same situation?
