Nope it's definitely a dog whistle. And MAGA been getting away with dog whistles for so long now they're not even worried about being subtle anymore.

I don't see it as corruption, I see it as a sign that their system is fundamentally broken and he's doing something that will result in a greater good.

I mean look at what the right is like:

Most MAGA have no idea that Trump not only did it but got a $1,000,000 PAC contribution from them afterwards too.

So appearances almost don't even matter any more when people just believe what they're told to believe.
For the record, I agree with you that with MAGA being very explicit that they want to imprison and even kill Fauci, pardoning him was the absolute right thing to do.

I just wanted to highlight that others (Clinton in this case) pardoned family members before Trump did.

Musk knew what he was doing.

Fox News censored the first one and cut away to the crowd.

Whether it's a big problem or not, Trump's not saying it because he wants to save whales. It's because he's long been anti-windmill, anti-green, pro climate change denial, pro status quo.

He's not trying to FIX anything whales or energy, he's just trying to protect his billionaires.

Well if those billionaires create millions of jobs, pay trillion in taxes, drive innovation and generate wealth to anyone who invests, which they do! I am all for protecting them!

Just not the sharpest tool in shed, despite a legal precedence that cost ABC 15 million dollars, AOC just can't help herself.

Your logic is flawless. Large corporations never choose to settle to make a lawsuit go away.

Is there any grenade you wouldn't jump on for Trump?

Oh yes, the old 'job creator' argument. Is that the best you got? We don't live in a vacuum. The majority of jobs they 'create' come from moving from other companies and sectors. And Musk was literally bragging about firing a portion of his Twitter staff. So those 'created' jobs aren't safer than any other job.

And we already know they don't pay 'trillions' in taxes.

Lastly, if driving innovation has got us this hellscape of social media algorithms, unregulated AI, record temperatures, drought, fires, and modern alienation and loneliness... perhaps it'd be okay to slow down on innovation for a while. We don't need to bang that drum relentlessly or pretend it's always a good thing. Innovation always happens, change always happens. I don't think we really need to champion unrestrained growth.

Not gonna happen. Your hero Trump is the biggest misinformation agent out there and has been for close to a decade now (and rapist and convicted felon I may add), and he grifted his way back into the presidency. AOC has nothing on Trump and the GOP in that department.

you just posted misinformation!

Oh i can give a long long long long list of AOC fallacies. And just because you can generate a list of fallacies of other people, doesn't excuse her.

Doubtful. My bigger question is why he's such an Elon fanboy? But I suspect it's because he bought Dogecoin at 80 cents CDN.
