Yeah I get fans want Wolf to play every game but it ain't happening. Maybe you could make the argument that Vladar should be traded and Cooley recalled or something, but the point remains that Wolf isn't playing every game from here on out.

I get why they started Wolf yesterday he was on a good stretch and winning.

But Vladar isn’t good so giving him the soft start va the Hawks and going with Wolf today would have made sense.

Cooley left the Wranglers' game on Friday late in the 2nd period and didn't dress for their game on Saturday. It looks like he also won't be dressing for tonight's game.

I haven't seen any information about how long he's expected to be out.

Because they were worried the team wouldn’t play well in front of him and harm his development. They are still feeding him the easier teams as well.

I use a lot of opposing team feeds to watch and I can tell you other teams media seem to think Vladar is a quality goalie. They gush over Wolf but often say Calgary has two good goalies.

The biggest issue on the goal was the three deep screen the Flames allowed. Vladar was over but he just never saw the shot.

A LOT of people on CP hated Markstrom, FFS.

Vladar is not great but the D men do not help in anyway. Our D is weak but Wolf can always bail them out because Wolf is an elite goalie. Vladar is an above average goalie and he cannot make excellent saves consistently.


Before blaming Vladar all the time, look at the D first.
