Canucks have been all over Bowen Byram since he was with the Avalanche. Right now especially they're desperate for a player like Byram because he fills a need they have even when Hronek is healthy.
He's still probably too expensive for the Canucks, but they're desperate for it.

According to their official rules, the only employees of the Canucks not eligible are at the director level or higher, and it says nothing about their family: https://community.canucks.com/wp-con...4-25-FINAL.pdf

TSN has a 30 for 30 on right now on the Vancouver stanley cup riot.
Unbelievable what those idiots did.

Thank you, Panthers! Face division rivals, and put up blanks. Then they managed to pot 6 on the mighty Oilers.
Pure poetry.
Oilers media tomorrow will be stating something was saved for the defending losers.

Now I was told by someone who is very well connected to someone on the coaching staff that this is fake news, but then Dhaliwal is also pretty connected. If the person who told me is telling the truth I will lean towards believing them, but it could also be them just saying that so more stuff doesn't get out about them

That would mean that Bruce Boudreau is another person who is spreading fake news. He said an interview the other day that he was told about issues between Miller and Pettersson before he became coach with the Canucks and it remained an issue once he became coach. I don't know, I think both Dhaliwal and Boudreau are trustworthy.

What I was told is that Petey is kind of a loner and just likes to keep to himself. Doesn't necessarily mean him and JT hate each other.

Reminds me of the rumour of D Hamilton going to museums, etc, by himself on roadtrips when he was with the Flames by himself.

I've heard there is definite conflict there between JT and Pettersson. I've heard it's also super overblown by the media and only really comes up when the team is under-performing as means to justify why. They're not at the top of each other's Christmas card list but they're cordial with one another and it's not a fight every time they get together.
But it's hard to put this fire out with the team looking like garbage and things like JT's absence and the video from practice earlier this year.

Those seemed to have come out of nowhere. Hughes will obviously hurt them. Pettersson hasn't done much.

Canucks drama and regardless of the outcome they’ll lose again. Life is great.
