Imagine buying a Bronco, one of the best-looking and most-capable SUVs you can buy, and installing 6” spacers so your tires stick out way past the fenders. So ######ed.

###### bros do this on pickup trucks too. Most stupid look ever and 9 out of 10 run them with no mudflaps so sorry about your luck if you have to be behind them.

And good luck not rolling if your tires contact each other in an accident. It’s illegal but I doubt it’s enforced.

Those who are in sales or sales adjacent who insist that every exchange must be a phone call, every text or email is returned with "give me a call" with no answer to your simple question.

I recently was working through something quite important and expensive with a deadline where this guy f'ed everything up because either I misheard him or he misheard me. Either way he wouldn't answer my emails asking clear questions even when I explained multiple times that I cannot be on my phone during work hours.

We know you're shady and simply do not want anything on record so you can't be held to your word. In the end I made him fix everything but it was much harder than it needed to be.

I’m almost positive it was Nage Waza. Not even sure that he still posts here anymore, but that whole thing was so hilarious!

My neighbour and I have connected driveways. To be clear, not “shared”, there is a property line down the middle. The “line” is something his tires are over constantly… absolutely zero effort made to stay on his half, makes it a pain in the ass to get in. Why are people like this? I’d be beside myself if I was parked over the middle.

Setup a laser sensor so any time he is over the line it triggers a water sprayer pointed at his windshield.

That’s out my abilities. I was hoping to propose a white line just as a guidance marker, but he’s such a prick that I can’t even bring these things up without there being a retaliation of some kind.

my first thought was to ‘mark your territory’ with urine… but a more effective method would be to start taking dumps on ‘the line’. he’d only drive over it once! ha ha!!!

The low tech version is just you standing there with a hose for a few times.

lol that's a blast from the past that's churning up old memories. I remember some absolute moron, I'm talking a serious "you shouldn't be allowed to wear anything but Velcro shoes" type who couldn't grasp how a 4 way stop worked. Was it pinner? Something like that IIRC. Makes one wonder what happens over the years to some of the more, ahem "colourful" short term posters.

That was good. "Dont tip with bottles, they're City Workers not bums."

Just reminds me of working in construction.

We were on this one jobsite of a bunch of Townhouse Condo buildings that we were renovating and we had all these different contractors working on various different parts of the projects.

And it was like the United Nations. It was wild at the end.

You've a crew like me, the Canadian University students making a few bucks in the summer and then you had the Pro-Tradies like the Greek bricklayers or the Eastern European Union of sparkies, the Romanian carpeters the Croatian roofers, it was pretty awesome.

So near the end of the project the site super gets us all in and he'd made all the arrangements with 'stuff' he had just lying around and told us...we're all going to celebrate!

The Greeks built a spit out of left-over bricks and roasted a Lamb which, that was pretty wild, you have to rotate it all day so they did it in shifts. Everyone brought something, we had a BBQs that had been replaced form the units and bathtubs full of ice and each crew brought beer, wine or spirits from their respective countries and the super topped it up with Canadian beer!

We had an absolute blast! But where is this story going you might be pondering to yourself?

Well. When we were done we had a significant number of empty bottles and people are going to be taking possession pretty soon so we had to clean up.

The site supervisor says to us he says..."no worries, I got this!"

He hops into his truck and we just shrug and go back to partying.

20 minutes later, I #### you not, he comes back with a Hobo and a shopping cart in the back of his truck and says to him:

"Eat your fill, drink what you want, just make sure all the empties are gone, they're all yours."
