Imagine voting for Trump because you thought he'd lower prices for you. Too late for a mulligan.

Obviously Trudeau is a chicken #### goof who told Trump that he wants to ruin Canada and a 10% tariff wasn't high enough

- the next three days of UCP voter posts

It's going to be hilarious when PP wins the next election and Trump's policies continue to eff Canada.

Not necessarily. If PP kisses the ring, it will probably be ok. OK meaning as good as anything can be under Trumpenomics.
With Donald it's always about perception, so as long as PP is a yes man it will be fine, regardless if anything he says yes to actually happens.
Maybe

Trump wont care if pp kisses his ring. He will just see it as a sign of weakness and do whatever he wants anyways.

I agree with you on how to win Trump over and have mentioned the same thing. I just think PP will fail.

I think it's great news. Trudeau won't be able to have an open border policy and will need to tackle fentanyl imports coming in from China. I think it's real leadership by trump. He's dealing with wage suppression and addiction, by crook or by hook!

If you're pro irresponsible immigration and pro fentanyl and pro incompetence, I could see why this would be upsetting.

Which of the following issues are you against?

Canada stopping the inflow of drugs?

Canada stopping the insane immigration policies of 2021-2024 that have caused massive spikes in youth unemployment, falling real wages and a housing crisis?

I don't understand why this is bad. These are literally my two biggest concerns for our country right now and Trump basically just found a way to solve both...and he's not even my president.

What a great day.

Fentanyl imports from China aren't really a thing anymore and haven't been for the last 4-5 years. Most illicit fentanyl in Canada is produced in labs in Canada.

Nor is fentanyl going from Canada to the US really a thing. In the last 4 years there have been a grand total of 62lbs of fentanyl seized at the Canada/US border that was destined for the US. That compares to 63,900 lbs being seized at the Mexico/US border in the same time period (more than 1000x higher).

If the US closes its borders what is there for Canada and Mexico to do? They close the “ridiculous Open Border” and presumably nothing should get in, so the fentanyl “imports” stay in Canada and the illegal alien immigrant caravan stays in Mexico.

Why can’t Trump control the border?
