Really doubt Pelts hits waivers.

With his strong defensive play and fitness results the flames are going to be patient.

A bunch of teams would pick him up if waived including, without a doubt, both Montreal and Colorado (horrible depth).

I get he is a former 1st round selection, however his camp was very average (No way the Flames could keep on the roster).

Best case he clears, and finds his game in the AHL.

No clue why he is such a slow starter.

Per another post in another thread. The two injuries last year robbed him of development time and his confidence.
