I like Zadorov but I don’t know if I would like him at 5 million per season for the next 6 seasons. Those are the contracts that can cripple a team going forward as they will won’t be able to exceed expectations.
Paying for a good playoff run is how teams close their contention window in my opinion.

At the time, he was. He even said he was. Since then the information available and what people are willing to talk about (including the player) have changed.

Vancouver fans were showing their true colours again last night, chanting Miller's name when a player is lying on the ice and potentially seriously injured, after a VERY late hit (and interference) from Miller.
Embarrassing, and despicable.
If I was from Van, I would be feeling much shame from that display.

Were Zadorov and Lindholm the heartbeat of that team? Perhaps it was Kuzminko. I hear his team is 4-0.
