Shouldn't need to go that far! Everything in the video should be available in Calgary except for probably the crab roe noodles which is a pretty unique dish, and I guess the Michelin level Sichuan restaurant but Calgary should have Sichuan restaurants and that fish stew dish they had is a standard at all Sichuan places.
