#### it, I'm getting pancakes. Not that six bucks is good, but we don't need to double up for a lie.

They said they pay $12 to have them delivered and you just linked $11.94…

I took at as a 12 dollar fee on top of the pancake order. If I'm wrong I do apologize to Cliff, you and your sassy little ellipsis.

I have those things delivered so I can bring it with me to the theatre and can avoid the concession line.

I know you’re joking but I can’t lie here, having movie theatre popcorn and fountain pop delivered and just watching a movie at home is kind of great.

When I'm ordering food for delivery my mental calculation is, "would I pay a friend $5 to go get that for for me right now?" If that answer is yes, I hit proceed. It's not always a yes.

People actually skip movie theatre popcorn to their homes as well.
Edit: beaten by Pepsi.

You guys definitely give more thought to it than I do.
For me it's as simple as
'Do I want X item?' Yes
'Do I accept the extra $5 to not have to go get it?' Sure
'Will it be a blob of #### if it takes 40 minutes to get here?' No. Alright, giv'r

I do find how some people are wired into having to snack because they’re at movie or sporting event kind of interesting.
Anyway, I don’t think anyone is struggling with the concept that convenience has value - what’s weird is what people are paying to have delivered to them. Is having a pancake delivered convenient? Yes. Does it give you pause to think, “what the heck?” Also yes. A human weighed all of their options and chose pancake delivery.

I don't see the difference between pancake delivery or pizza delivery. It's all food at the end of the day. I guess I'm just one of those people that doesn't really care how people choose to attain food. If you want to cook your own meals, I don't care. If you want to get in your car and dine out, I don't care. If you want to get in your car and pick up food, I don't care. If you want your food delivered, I don't care. None of these actions interfere or have any bearing on my life so why should I care how they satisfy their food cravings?

I may be hung from company golf tourny but now I want some of those crappy mcdonalds hotcakes that I've never liked.
Our entire economy is based on lazy.
What? You don't want to seek out and slaughter your prey and butcher it and invent refrigeration and freeze it for future eating of your offspring.
doordash just has added the frosty tips to the ends of our hair.
Fata, I order five orders of Hy's Steakhouse cheesebread to be delivered and make some costco steaks.

There are plenty of things that have no bearing on anybody’s life that they can still discuss on a message board.
“I don’t care” is such a lazy form of discussion.

How is that lazy? We are discussing and my opinion on the matter is that don't care about people's dining habits and I don't understand why some of you do. Am I supposed to pretend to care to promote this discussion and support faux outrage? Why do some of you care so much about the habits of others that have no bearing on your personal lives? Sorry that's not good discussion, that's just being nosy and judgemental.

Wormius is cool with smoking crack next to him but but you best not order pancakes.
Homemade stir fry is garbage compared to mall Japanese stir fry.
I still have dreams about Kobe Beef at the U of C.
Sauce?? Thank you.....
