The NHL really needs like a roving doctor for these kinds of things.
Or hire a team of investigators like they do with insurance fraud where they take pictures of people claiming neck injuries and wearing braces as they play tennis.

All players who get circumcisions can be put on long-term IR and not count against the cap.

At least with the oilers circumventing the cap the way Vegas and Tampa did, when the playoffs get here they won't be adding Mark Stone or Nikita Kucherov...they will be adding a washed up and useless Evander Kane

I saw reports that Nurse might be out for the beginning of the season too.
The whole Kane think is hilarious because everyone knew 2 months ago this is what they would do, and even the Oilers hinted at it. The NHL is freaking joke for letting stuff like this happen. Teams aren't even trying to hide it anymore.

LOL, the NHL doesn't care. Why would they bother doing this? Integrity? ROFL. They don't even bother coming up with a technical solution to figuring out if a puck is in the net or not. The sooner fans realize the only thing the NHL cares about is money, the better.
