Ban chem trails leads to no cloud seeding. Leads to larger more damaging hail storms. Leads to higher insurance claims. Leads to higher insurance rates for everyone. Leads to additional $$$ for UCP cronies.
It's all part of the grift once again.

That may be a result, but it's not the strategy. These are people that believe planes disperse toxic chemicals for mind control. They are not intelligent people. They also happen to lead at least 2 of our provinces.

Honestly I think you are incapable of possessing the qualities of a leader, but what do I know, I've just been ingesting chemtrails all my life.
Seriously folks, this is who you elect when you vote by colour. ####ing morons.

Was on Global a few days ago but High River is having a massive doctor problem. 3 are leaving the province because of the UCP and 5 are retiring shortly.
All their recruiting efforts are unsuccessful. You get what you voted for!

This is just a sign of the failure of AHS and a reason why they need to be removed from managing healthcare. The quicker AHS gets dismantled, the better.

You mean the ones that eat horse paste and believe in chem trails? You think they have a turning point? I'm not sure you are cynical enough.

Don't worry, when Danielle Smith moves the Alberta government offices to High River, you can be assured you'll get to chat to a contract tendering policy analyst from Alberta Infrastructure about your pertussis-like coughing fits.

That is a problem, especially considering the average age of that community.
But I think its also something that needs to be addressed, if you're a Doctor, not everyone wants to live in a Rural community.

Maybe they just don't want to deal with the drug problem there?

I know nothing of High River's alleged drug problem.
That kind of surprises me though since isn't High River's average population age something like 95?
Drugs? Are we talking cholesterol or blood pressure meds?

Watched a news story on the doctor shortage in High River. One doctor is leaving, adding to an existing shortage as 600 people/families will lose their doctor. The mayor says another five are expected to leave - some to retirement and some leaving Alberta. Who can blame these docs?

I bet the UCP will blame the docs. And then replace them with homeopaths.
Seriously though, if you're a doctor and didn't have to live in Alberta, what is your incentive to stick around? There are plenty of other jurisdictions where you can get paid the same or more, and not have a government that is openly hostile to healthcare, expertise, and science.

It won't. They'll blame the big cities for stealing the doctors and they'll vote for anyone who fights the cities.

I'm sure the UCP's plan is to bring in 'qualified doctors' from countries who's alma maters don't exactly have the same medical and educational rigor and quality that would match the Canadian standard.
