It originally aired on TBS in the States and Comedy (I think) in Canada, but never really got much hype.
I really liked that show, but it got a little too weird and then sort of tapered off. I thought the first season was really strong.

Yeeeah.....thats a uh...'after kids have gone to bed' kind of show.
Lots of nudity and the violence...see nudity you can get almost anywhere, we have an internet, but the violence is exquisite. And how they weave that into the inherent fabric of the show?
But it is certainly not for children.
Find a time or place where you can watch it because when Chayton Littlestone shows up? Oh thats when things get nuts.

Yeah, definitely declining quality but increasing weirdness from one season to the next.
This is from season 3...

That season was epic. I've said it before but that fight with Nola and Burton was amazing. And the resolution to the Chayton plot like was perfect.

Speaking of rewatching series (like Banshee), we are rewatching Justified again. Midway through S4. What a great television show

That one is on my list, Justified was great. Just Olyphant and Goggins chewing the scenery? Oh yeah. Sign me up.

As great as Goggins is in anything, I'm not sure he has ever been better than Boyd Crowder.

Thats a tough one, but I'd agree. He absolutely slayed the part of Boyd Crowder.
The man is amazing.

Justified didn't work for me. Couldn't make it past 5-6 episodes.
I recall Olyphant was a big reason why: he just felt all wrong for that role.

It's incredible. But it was also cancelled so be prepared a deep sense of loss when you finish.

Based on this thread I've been watching Banshee.
It's feels like a cross between True Blood (non-supernatural) and Sons of Anarchy. At least in Season 1.
It's not what I would call "cerebral"... but then again neither was Roadhouse (original).
Go get em Homelander!

I've done the same thing. About half way through the first season. There are some WTF moments, but I will allow it for now.

Started watching The Living Dead. Not bad.
Don't recommend that a person be eating a bowl of sour cream with salsa on top (small bowl, having chips too) when the walkers start eating on someone though.
