Is it the walking part that does something? Like it moving through air at a walking pace causes it to turn to battery acid?

My favourite part about this whole water fiasco is that it's given me a completely legitimate excuse to skip mowing the lawn all year. I usually only mowed monthly anyway but now nobody can complain about it because I'm clearly just trying to save water over here.

Your lawnmower is water powered?

No it isn’t.

But it is the soap (not the temperature of the water) that will clear the bacteria on your hands if you wash them correctly.

In fact, regularly washing your hands in hot water will cause them to dry out, crack and leave you more prone to infection.

You don't use hand lotion?

They told us to leave our grass long so it didn't need as much water. I'm just doing what I'm told.

But if you're not watering it then it doesn't matter how much water it needs. Maybe just cut it so it doesn't look like sht.

Using soap also leads to dryness, cracking and irritation just like hot water. Both hot water and soap remove the natural oils from your skin that protect it and keep it healthy.

So at her house I have to wash my hands in cold water and keep hand sanitizer in my pockets, its like the crappy ol' pandemic all over again.
Not all tankless heaters are created equal. Some have a buffer tank that basically stores a bit of hot water in a well insulated super small internal tank within the heater. Then the next time someone calls for hot water, it feeds that water in the line first while the burner fires up. Unless you haven't used hot water for quite some time, you get hot water just as fast as with a traditional tank.

That seems pretty good to me to be honest and aligns with the stage 4 water restrictions from early July.

And you'd think that with all the rain we got the last few days theres gotta be some margin for error.

Nah. On the scale of important things in my life worth fretting over my lawn is at or near the very bottom.

People pay a lot of money for some Karl Foerster grasses. You can get the same look for free by not mowing.

Guess it depends on how much buffer the city build into the 450ML target as yesterday was about as perfect a day for hitting the target as you're going to get.

What's usage going to look like when it's 30C in the next few days?

even with the hotter weather, I think usage will go down as it usually does over the weekend.

That's cause you're not covering your hands in mayonnaise and then putting them in chickens.
