Some insurers (TD Insurance cough cough) don't give a #### about colour matching.

Beautiful heavy rain in Renfrew with a mixture of ice pellets for good measure.

Yeahh I'm here now and somebody got hit by a smaller piece of ceiling near gate 35, not the massive chunk in the video that's going viral by gate 31 though. They should have evac'd all of Concourse B once all that water started pouring in and the ceiling was sagging like crazy but...
People kinda had no urgency to move from what it looks like, even with the sky literally falling. Like they're scared their plane is going to leave without them when nothing is going anywhere anyway.
Just YYC things.

in the 2013 hail storm we got dinged pretty good. Having played the insurance game before I made sure the adjuster took into account the whole siding (not just a piece here and there), the pergola, bbq and cover, deck stuff, and other yard stuff. The added all new roof tiles too. In the end I got a big cheque and acted as project manager for roofers, which was super easy, and insurance did the siding. For insurance they asked at the end for proof the work was done. That was it.
Some neighbours of ours got a few sections of their siding done on the cheap and immediately it was embarrassing. Different colors (ie not close enough), which only got worse during sun exposure over the years.

We pulled into the west side of Cochrane on the 1A, coming home from BC, a bit better than an hour ago. Turned onto Horse Creek Road to avoid the Circle of Doom at the 1A/22 intersection. We got maybe 100 meters past the last row of houses & it let loose - was just dark & windy as we turned onto Horse Creek, though there was 1 cloud that looked like it was getting some good rotation to it, but it poofed about a minute later. Started hailing about a minute after that and it was THICK. It pretty much covered the road between turning off Horse Creek onto Weedon Trail & it looked like winter by the time we got to the Shell at the intersection there. The asphalt wasn't even visible, from the amount of hail - wasn't all that big, maybe a bit bigger than pea sized? but I couldn't really tell, I was driving, so a bit more concerned about that than sizing the hail, LOL.
This was eastbound between the big hill (on Big Hill Springs Rd/#567) & the S curve just after Bearspaw Rd. It had stopped hailing but the rain was coming hard & the road was getting a big ick, so I pulled into an oil lease entrance & let traffic go by & waited for the rain to taper off a bit - wipers could barely keep up, so I figured better safe than sorry. It was more the amount of rain & how hard it was coming down, combined with the hail, that was giving me pause. When we got to the S curve, the road completely clear, just tiny little piles of hail on the side of the road, here and there. It was like a completely different system from there - although the lightning was INSANE.

Depends on the age and the quality of shingle. We replaced our roof 2 years ago and our shingles are grade 3 impact resistant (max is grade 4 I think), I didn't see any damage on my walk around

Siding damage, no broken windows but the frames are shot. I'm thinking an insurance claim is in order.

The size of the hail that went through your roof is likely damaged as well.
I work for a company that is a preferred contractor for a couple of insurance companies and seen a lot of newer roofs damaged
