among democrat voters. No way a current Trump voter is self aware enough to see their colleagues in that video. They'll just say it's antifa crap or the democrats showing their true selves or some bull####.

Biden throwing out SCOTUS reforms.
Codify no presidential immunity
Term limits
and a binding code of ethics.
Yes to all. The whole supreme court has just become a complete joke. Although I would boot all of the current judges and start over with each party nominating an equal amount of proven judges that have actually presided over a trial.

It's a PAC-funded ad so it's always the most xxxtreme and edgy version of whatever the latest attack line happens to be, but I'm pretty sure these are always made to target moderates/undecided voters.
The whole "They're just really weird guys" line of attack however has the secondary effect of absolutely making GOPers upset because they've spent the last 8+ years actually being really awful and creepy so this kind of cuts to the heart of it.

The SCOTUS reforms are likely largely unconstitutional (without constitutional amendments) but it's good to talk about them and shine bright lights. Make the GOP argue against them.
However, increasing the size (say, to 13 to match the number of circuits) is not unconstitutional.

That weird part is hilarious.
While the republicans keep name calling they are in fits over being called weird.
We will stop calling you weird when you stop being weird lol.
Which just makes the Trump-can-do-no-wrong narrative even more baffling. There are hundreds, if not thousands of actual provable examples of him saying something stupid or so crazy it's hard to believe.

Biden seems to have dropped out at the perfect time.
Trump picking the worst VP candidate ever, and Biden dropping out seems to have given Harris all the momentum she needs to smack him right in the mouth in November. Also seems like a lot of Democrats are rallying behind Harris and going right at Trump. He seems more unhinged than ever and rattled.
Dude would make such a good VP it feels almost inevitable the Dem Elite will pull the football at the last minute and make it Shapiro, since kicking themselves in the dick is tradition.
