My favourite part of all this is the deplorables reveling in the chance to pretend to be the grown up in the room/take the high ground.

I give it about 4 days before they are back to calling for Biden and similar elites to end up with life sentences...if not death penalties.

Do you have any evidence that DEI hires in the Secret Service are any less qualified than other agents? Are standards lowered to accommodate them or are they choosing between equally skilled people but using demographics to break the tie?

I do agree that hiring based on race or gender is stupid. If that didn't exist we wouldn't need DEI programs, would we?

I didn't notice anyone in particular doing badly but I do know they should not have allowed Trump to get up, do a fist pump and walk off the stage. They say the shooter was down at that point but considering that shots were fired before they noticed him they should not have assumed he was safe.
