I don't think an all black women ticket is the winning answer unfortunately. All these different proposal all have awkward combinations.
I can't see them going with an all female ticket or and all California ticket. So if it is Newsom or Whitmore, they can't really keep Harris. Sherrod Brown would probably work though.

Independents and younger people probably, she'd probably also be very good at getting out the vote.
