Thats the end of this chapter of this Oiler story. Good ending also.
Nice ending, but it would have been better if they showed Connor McGollum falling into the fire with the One (Stanley Cup) Ring, his Precious, destroyed forever.

I feel your pain drake. I lost 10 bucks. Best 10 bucks I ever spent. Enjoy your s***y flight home oilers fans. Hopefully you brought some dumpsterville meth to tide you over.
Oh yeah, good point. Barstool and their Oilers infatuation can go suck it. Hey Whitney, how are things tonight? You ok? And Biz and your bandwagon Chiclets boys? You doing ok? I'm sure Biz is fine, it's easy to jump from one bandwagon to another. Euro 2024 now for you?

Mannn the whole Whit fanboying the Oilers is hilarious to me. He absolutely #### on the org and #### on the city for years up until 2022. Then all of a sudden he loved Edmonton. I like Chiclets and I like Whit, but he can take a hike with his Oilers crap
Just finishing up the 1AM replay of the game and seeing the McDiver ballet dive with about 12 min left to try and draw a penalty. I retract my earlier statement about feeling bad for the guy.
Not just a fall.... but he does the whole stretch as though it was a major trip. Go have some bud lights to sulk McDiver.
They should have never given him the Conn Smythe. He was pretty much held off the scoresheet for their 4 losses in the finals. It's not like they can say he did everything he could to help them. If he was +5 and had 4-5 goals in their losses, then maybe I can see the case for him.
He's always been way more about individual accolades and point totals over winning, until maybe this year anyway. It actually seems a bit out of character of him to not celebrate an individual award.
