Was there ever an explanation for why Bouchard's high-sticking penalty wasn't a double minor? I thought it was pretty black and white. Either the player bleeds or they don't. Do the refs actually have discretion on that?

They actually gave McDavid the ConnSmythe?? I was watching at a golf tournament with no sound so I wondered why they showed his parents filming. So now his dad just has a video of him getting awarded the Conn Smythe and not skating out? WTF hahah
