E sounds like covering their arse for human nature. Is their a parent that hasn't done something negligent at some point(typically with zero negative consequences)? Basically "our supervisors are human, and may be looking the other way when your kid trips over a stump".
F is just an extension of that, so parents understand that no, their is not a helicopter guardian 24/7 and they may be "not actively supervised" at points.
This just looks like lawyers in the modern world lawyering to me, but maybe I'm out to lunch.

Got some new neighbours. Two cute little girls (maybe 3 and 5?). They scream at the TOP OF THEIR LUNGS. Believe it or not, I super don't mind - and might even enjoy - the neighbourhood sound of kids playing and having fun. It's normal, not bothersome, perfectly reasonable, etc. But shrill non-stop screaming? That's totally trashy. STFU. (obvs the parents' fault)

You should just go over and do a wellness check of sorts. Feign some concern. It sends a message.

Yep, children laughing, playing, and occasionally shouting is totally fine. I'm jealous; enjoy it while it lasts you magnificent bastards.
Yet, the children next door will spend an hour at a time screaming and throwing toys around like their bred-purpose is to be as disruptive as possible.

IIRC those clauses are intended to ass cover as long as the company makes sure to implement reasonable care and prevention for the kids.
If the company is completely negligent, IIRC, these clauses might not be enforceable because the company did not apply reasonable due care those under their supervision.
Little Johnny and friends injured while playing dodgeball with basketballs and supervisors didn't try to stop it? Probably not enforceable.
Little Johnny poked in the eye or elbowed in the face by accident while playing 3 on 3? Clause likely enforceable.

Agreed. I have no issues with loud happy cacophony. It's great.
Ear bleeding noises that are designed to infuriate and being little ####s... I hate that even from my own kids.

People that want to haggle prices at a charity garage sale.
Yeah, I get that the pot has no lid, that's why it's $3 you mophead.

I genuinely hate haggling, but this sounds like it might be fun!

You gotta teach this out of them though and most parents just DGAF. We're far from perfect parents but we have a fast rule that if you start screaming outside you're sent inside by yourself, nobody wants to hear you screaming. It's worked well enough that we rarely have to do it anymore. But I think most people are just kicking their kids outside to get the noise out of the house.

Was driving back into the city yesterday, and was going to pick up at Swiss Chalet along the way home, and wanted to time the food for a quick pickup so that I could maximize time at home for a quick turnaround before I had to head out again.
So, I call in my order at 5:35 or so, saying I need the food ready at 6:30.
I show up and walk in at 6:28, and pay. Is my food ready? no. What time did I get handed my food? 6:43.
I've never waited 15 minutes at SC even when just walking in the door without ordering first. Often get food when eating in within 5 minutes of ordering.
Total incompetence.

What if the kid is riding their bike on the sidewalk and some old lady takes them out with one of those walking sticks? Is the camp responsible?

I used to rag hard on Swiss Chalet, my parents enjoyed it once in a while and we would go with them. Typical pouting "It's a chain, it's not happening vibe wise, no eye candy etc etc"
A lot of the chain food restaurants have gotten so bad, so expensive and more that Swiss Chalet has gone up a few notches in my book.
I went twice in the last year with my other 30 something aged friends and enjoyed our meals. A half roasted chicken dinner and all the trimmings for a good price. We have had our filling of garbage pub burgers for $25 for 4 oz frozen patties. Plenty of the hip, happening places in town have a "chef roasted chicken" for $40+ Like relax with the "chef cooking"
4:30 pm though. That is the prime hour for Swiss Chalet. It's not a 8 pm dinner with the boys type place.
