The breakaway "slashing" calls need to stop. Go back to, it's a penalty if you drag the f. ucker down. Buttman's "more goals to increase new fans" hockey needs to end.
 Go Flams

Hintz finally getting a bit of production here. Thus far him, Robertson, and Pavelski have not done a lot. If they start contributing regularly that will boost the Stars. Looks like this one could go 7.

Between game 1 and tonight, Georgiev played pretty well. He gets schat on everytime Colorado loses, but no credit when he does play well. He might go down as the Chris Osgood of this era. With Annunen in waiting, I expect the Avalanche will keep looking for lower cost options in net. They don't need their goalies to steal games do much as to be reliable enough not to lose games. So since the first game Georgiev has been that.

I just realized that the Stars have a player with the last name Stankoven. I am completely on team Dallas now, that name needs to be engraved on the cup

All smart teams will. I'm sure New York is jazzed about the 8x$8.25 all-star Sorokin staring them in the face that they barely used.

Dallas is mentally weak. It’s bad when you lose one game being up 3-0 in the first period, but this game is too similar…yeesh what a hot mess

Both these teams are so good. I think either will win next round no matter what team comes out of the other series. I can’t determine which is a better team between COL and DAL. Does anyone feel more strongly on one of them being superior?
