I was wondering about this funnily, what legal responsibility would a crypto ETF have to it's customers if all its money got stolen by a shady crypto grifter, are we going to see a rise in crypto synthetic securities as we did with MBS's back in the 2000's?

I’m liquidating all my alts too. Most crypto moves in the same direction as BTC when there’s a massive swing.

I feel like even at its current price, Solana has the most upside of any crypto. if BTC is gold, Solana is Visa/Mastercard.

So with this massive increase in "value", are bitcoin holders looking to solidify the upside? What's the "I better sell this before it crashes again" price? When is the predicted date for that?

Not selling, the "crash" will just be coins moving from weak hands to stronger hands

Well wouldn't it make more sense to sell before it crashes, then buy twice as much for the next round? Or, as most savvy investors would do, bank the profit and reduce the risk for the next round?
It just seems baffling to leave that kind of profit on the table for someone as smart as you are, able to predict the moves.
