Think it was mentioned it was a conditional first based on playoff performance.

Somebody needs to take that leap into straight up guaranteed first round pick territory and think that's when the market starts to move.

I would think no player is untouchable for the right offer.
A gm would be doing his team a disservice if they didn't take calls on everyone.

Saros also has 2 playoff wins in his career. He got pumped by Arizona in the play-in round in 2020. At least with Markstrom you know that in 2 out of the 3 full playoff rounds he has played in he was lights out.

I would much rather have the conditional chance of it becoming a 1st. A late 3rd round pick isn't much of a price to pay for that option.

Honestly if tanev can only get a 2nd by the trade deadline, I’m still ok with it.

Sounds about right. Gotta get the swelling from last game's beating down before the next game.

Tanev just enjoys numbing his mind and body.

Getting a little loose here, Sec.

A 16lb blue bowling ball rolling past a gutter full of leaves, but never reaching its target?

Flames are in ongoing discussions with the Leafs about making a trade to provide thr Leafs with defensive and goaltending help, while Marner comes back the other way.

Got it. |

Got it. |
Nah, it rolled right past the leaves and kept going. Not enough there to stop it. Also, is that a chalk drawing of a lightning bolt right under where the ball rolls?
