Seen one on Twitter that it's Pinto they want from Ottawa for Tanev but Tanev doesn't want to go to Ottawa.

I think we see a Center under 24 as the center piece in a Hanifin trade.

Wyatt is not available.

I still see him or Frost being targets of the Flames to try and add a young center before the deadline.

I'm bullish on Lundell still although he has had a pretty horrific season. I think the reason simply is the more defensive system Maurice has them playing. He is elite defensively but offensively I think his limit is a second line C.

I don't think Florida would move him for Hanifin though, they don't have any cap space and don't need defense.

Florida needs to rebuild their blue line. Florida is the destination for him. Chucky is in the GMs ear.

Yes, For lindholm but then Nashville went for the buyout on Duchene and they plugged the hole for cheap and never got to serious after that.

Why? They are negotiating with both Forsling and Montour. OEL has been a homerun signing and I'd imagine he wants to stay too. Plus they have a lot of depth pieces.

I could maybe see them going after Hanifin in the off-season. But right now? No way Jose.

I think its no secret, Calgary will try and negotiate a sign with Noah but if not a trade and sign to a place of his choice is the next best scenario.

I think Hanifins' prise will be dependent if he signs with the new team. So it may take longer until Hanifins' preferred teams started give an offer. And if not he will traded may be just for a pick at trade deadline.

No.

DeAngelo is a piece of crap that shouldn't be around the kids on this team. KK would not thrive in Calgary. The other guy looks like a bust. Doesn't help the Flames at all.

How about a 1st plus prospect. Keep it simple.

Sounds like Conroy wants to be efficient with his retention. I'd look for a deal to happen next year for sure. Get him scoring a few goals hopefully, then 50% off his contract might still get you something...

I do know the Flames are still very high on Mercer from NJ, there has also been rumblings of NJ not only interested in Markstrom but Hanifin as well. Now I have heard nothing about Markstrom changing his mind about not moving this year but everyone is away on vacation so with Lindholm moving and him having time to think about it maybe something changes and if it does watch the Devils.
