There's tons of discussion about the trade and various aspects of it. This is just one of them. Maybe adjust your own intake filter and skip what you don't want to read or talk about instead of coughing up something dismissive like "his anti ghey stance" as a reason to admonish others.
You’re right. I will put you on ignore. Good call

Canucks vs. Oilers in the second round I suspect you are cheering for the Canucks regardless of whether the Flames get a better pick.

The biggest relief is finally knowing who Craig is as a GM. Sets the trade deadline market with a banger trade.

Hope this Hunter is better than the last one Vancouver gave us.

Bold prediction: The Flames go 3/3 in the next shootout. Sharangovich and Kuzmenko are 2 specialists. Huberdeau is also due.

How awesome is this year going to be for us. Canucks finish 1st in the league and won't get out of the 1st round. Oilers going to win 20 in a row and miss the playoffs... lol

Still can't believe this return for Lindy in a down year as a rental.

My first post on this was with Kuzmenko involved all we'd get was a 2nd or 3rd and a middling prospect

I'm impressed with Craig

Gives me hope

Just let him know he can trade with more teams than Vancouver.

Let's trade markstrom next! For a similar package

Lets hope it takes the rest of the season for them to gel. Dont want another middling 15th pick 1st rounder.

They can be lights out next year!

Sharky has played a bit of center so would be an interesting experiment.

They are if it's specifically LGBTQ+ events. He didn't have any issue wearing a Lunar New Year jersey, so it's not like he's taking a stance on something that clashes with his eye colour or something.

I'm not saying Kuzmenko is some raging bigot, but his actions aren't a great endorsement of his character with respect to this issue.

Good return for a UFA. Hopefully Conroy gets rid of Tanev, Hanifin and Markstrom next.

I actually view kuzmenko as a positive asset.

He may mot be a consistent 40/40 guy but he could be a consistent 30/30.
He just moved to the West 2 years ago.
Given how Lindholm has been playing I don't see it as much of a downgrade

Retain half next TD and you may get another 1st.

I'm fine with them being lights out this year. If the Flames are going to move Tanev, Hanifin, and maybe Markstrom as well, they can look forward to losing a lot of games 5-4 or 6-5.

The downgrade, in my view, is that Kuzmenko doesn't play C and isn't known for defensive play.

If you weed through the fluff, the primary assets are Kuzmenko, the 1st and Bzrude....(that's gonna take some getting used to spelling.... nicknamed Buzz until we figure it out). The rest is some nice filler and good to take a shot on.

Flames do have a wing problem now though with Pelts imcon8ng as well and sliding a Zary or Sharkbait to C.

Guessing the bread man's gonna find a new bakery to cook in.

I respect a player who sticks by their values, even if I disagree with their value on this. It takes courage to stand against popular opinion, I would wager at least 50% of nhl players don't support LgBTQEtc. Even more are indifferent but fake support for PR purposes.

Forcing people to fake support for something they don't believe in is dumb.

Doesn't matter if it's LGBTQ+, support for military, politics or religion, hockey should be about hockey and that's it.

A truly brave and courageous stance. Very affirming of a strong viewpoint backed by compelling evidence to create a convincing argument.
