This is the least connected I’ve ever felt to a Flames team. The guys who I’d be the most sad to see go are Backs and Ras. Everyone else other than the young guys of course I wouldn’t be too upset to see get traded. Every team has to go through times like this Murray. You guys tried to prolog the inevitable for as long as you could, but It’s time to start selling

As much as Zadorov might prefer Toronto I think Toronto would prefer Tanev because of not only his better reputation as a shut down D man but he is a right shot.

Not only do we get their firsts but Meyers and Klingberg fill a need helping us sewer the season.

By the time we rid Klingberg he should have helper firmly place us in a race for 1st overall.

So if the Flames sell off all the UFA's does Backlund renew his trade request? The reason he extended here is he thought the team would be competitive but if they start a youth movement surely he will want to move on after his wanting to win comments in the offseason.

Very reasonable contract as well to center a third line on a contending team. He’d fit right in on Boston.

Okay but you didn't give any details. Just that Connie was doing things.. it's easy to be right with that.

Which team was he at the table with for this alleged 'madness' he was up to earlier?
