I don't think he is playing any more. 2020-2021 is the last season it looks like he played. Looks like maybe Covid killed his chance at getting that elusive 600 1300. He had to settle with 155g and 498 points (if you include all his professional hockey career.

I hate to say it this early and possibly jinx it, but man oh man is that Oiler team awful from forwards 6-12 and defencemen 3-7. How on earth do they think they are cup contenders when even the near automatic Art Ross / Hart winner can't get this jalopy up the hill.

He's easily the most miserable player I can remember. I guess he's fine in the locker room with players but he's a dick on the ice and a dick to reporters. Maybe he's miserable because he's stuck in Edmonton but that's his problem for signing the contract.
