Funny, none of this was an issue in my generation. You may lose a scrap once but then you figure it out and get the better of him next time. I have taught my son that if someone is bullying you, you beat the s*$t out of him and don’t stop until he doesn’t move. It has worked out well and he has had no issues.

Y'all know that 'locker room culture' is fairly unique to hockey - especially at younger ages? I've long speculated that it is a significant contributor (though certainly not the only one) to the toxic culture that often emerges with teenage players.

This policy is far from perfect, but the logic actually makes a lot of sense.

But hey, let's continue with the perfect system that has delivered jizz cookies and gang rapes. And it's really great to hear support for coaches to ignore policy intended for player safety...I wonder what other woke rules we can ignore next?

First off all if 13 year old kid were constantly fighting to solve problems that is a problem no matter what generation you claim to be from.

The idea that kids should fight isn't some 'back in my days things were better" idea it is moronic.

If your kid is going around beating kids up until they can't move he is the bully and you are a horrible person and parent to promote having kids beaten until they can't move. Celebrating and promoting that is disgusting.

Dude, you should just stop. You've watched too many shows where the bully gets thwarted. In real life, the bullied kid gets the crap beat out of them, because the bully is bigger.

No every bully should have their behaviour changed without violence used at all, especially when they are kids.

But as mentioned this is clearly all just bluster based on nothing factual at all. Pretty pathetic that you have try to make yourself feel like a "big man" by fantasizing about kids getting beaten until they can't move.

That is completely false, the amount of people of any age that have beaten someone until they can't move is likely less than 10% and that is probably me being kind.

Take out scum and criminals and the number less than 1% if that.

Who said I am fantasizing about it, obviously no one likes that. Would be great if bullying didn’t exist. My statement was that it deals with the issue quickly, nothing more. Didn’t ask you to agree.
