Nope, I think the most i've gotten were 7. Also what do you guys think of the final web browser? I think it's way better then the beta.
I like it because I can read CP during intermissions on my TV, typing's a bitch though.

It actually auto zooms pages pretty well, typing is pretty much the same and really it isn't too bad. I want them to make an addon you can plug into the Wiimote that's a mini keyboard.
What annoys me is that they don't have automated .com, .net type of extensions that you can hit.

So I was at Sears Outlet and they have the 2 games for $40 that were mentioned earlier. There were about 6 or 7 copies of Marvel and 1 of Tomy Hawk. I was also talking to the guy that works there and he says that they get them in randomly. He said that they also got 2 remotes in with the shipment and they sold them for $25 a piece. Wish I was there when they were in.
Also they had the Donkey Konga 2 game with the bongos for the game cube for $30. I picked up one and it is the funnest thing ever. It is not wireless like other things but the bongos work on the wii and it so fun. I had fun and so did both my kids.

If there is a good two player game that you enjoy that needs one then obviously buy another. It's pretty cheap ($25).

I like the tank shooting game on Wii Play. That is the only thing that we play that uses the 2nd nunchuk.
On another note, I just got WarioWare: Smooth Moves in the mail from Amazon today. Oh my God, that game is hillarious. I really am not too much of a gamer, but I probably played that for about 2 hours today.
Also, I just picked up Elebits on eBay the other day. I was able to get it for about $35 CDN. I can't wait to get that one.
James.

Anyone download many of the "Classic" games?
Which are the gems that still hold up today? I was thinking perhaps Mario Kart?

I've downloaded Super Mario World and Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past ... to this point, not many of the other games interest me that much ...

I hit 10 the other day.
Just try playing some actual games and then everything they give you in the home run derby is easy to mash. I think I got it on my second try after playing a few 3-inning games in a row. I only got a gold medal though, not the platinum one - I guess I needed more distance.
On a similar note, am I the only one disappointed that the Wii Sports Baseball games only last 3 innings and allow ties? I mean if they can give you the option to go 3 holes (with three different difficulties) or 9 holes in golf I don't see why they couldn't give you the option of 3 innings or 9 innings. Oh well, The Bigs is supposed to be out June 25th for Wii - hopefully it's not too arcadey.

Those are the games my wife loves. We've got Super Mario Bros., Zelda: Link to the Past, Kirby and Kid Icarus. I also highly recomend any of the old Castlevania's or Metroids that you come across. I love the idea behind downloading some nostalgia right onto my console.

Speaking of buying a WII, does anyone know of any way to get a hold of one of these (other than ebay)? Cause I can't seem to find one anywhere.

The funny thing is, I bought a wii bout a month ago. My nephews opened it up one night and played with it for bout a half hour, then had to go home. I havent used it since, been sitting in the box since. Perhaps I should sell it, since I myself only bought it cause I found it at EB one day.

Sorry for bumping this thread...
Places to get the Wii: Superstore people!!! My mom just got one for me today from Superstore... they do have it (now I just need to find a place to get couple more controllers/nunchucks)
Oh, and I can't seem to get a stable connection through my wireless router, any reason why that is? Everytime I log onto a site, my connection is lost and I can't do anything.

Anyone have any game suggestions? I rented a couple, bought WiiPlay and Tiger Woods but Im pretty bored of it. I actually cant even remember the last time I played Wii. Probably at least a month.
I found the controls to be pretty frustrating. Not in an awkward sense, but more in that the games were obviously not built around the Wiimote. LIke in Tiger Woods, I found a two handed swing would cause 'pre-mature swing' wayyyyy more often then just using one hand. And the long putting constantly goes to the forward swing while im still moving back. Really takes the fun out of it.

Ya, the first games weren't entirely based around the wii and were ported from other consoles, hence the controls are crap. I'm quite sure the future games are going to be better, and they're already starting to be that way.
I recommend Godfather: Blackhand Edition. Good game that uses the controls and doesn't feel awkward, and provides quite a few hours of playability.
I myself will be buying Mario Party 8 on May 29th. That will probably be the best game so far that makes use of the controls. And to boot it's a 4 player game.
