I'm dealing with my second flat tire in a month, and third of the summer. My van didn't come with a spare and the little compressor they gave me is useless.

I'm definitely buying a full spare now.

There was a guy that would place his dirty shower shower stuff on top of one of the clean towel piles. Like wtf.

The number of drivers who don't know how to stay in their own ####ing lane in a traffic circle is too damn high. If I'm crossing Stoney over the new-ish 14th St overpass using the inside lane, I always have to pay close attention if there's a car beside me because there's a 50/50 chance that an oblivious ass#### is driving and wanders into my lane

Fixed. Too many people didn't learn how to colour in the lines with their crayons.

Ha ha, there was a guy on Crowchild that was straddling the line. I was driving next to him, he shot me a look like it was my fault I was too close. He then realized he was in two lanes and moved over. Like wtf.

Parents who are parked at bus stops waiting for the bus to come. I don't mind you parking off to the side, but at least be respectful of other traffic and not just park anywhere YOU find convenient. Case in point, parking right at the edge of a turn at an intersection. Just suck it up and park it down the street a bit. It's a two or three house length walk. I'm sure little Johnny can handle it.

Cops being disgusting people like the one in this video really grinds my gears. Just imagine he was talking about your daughter like that.

Reason for injury: innocuous child rearing reason.

I was minding my own business driving in the right lane of Shaganappi heading south when some dude coming out of Market mall merges in almost sideswiping me because he didn't even bother to shoulder check and just blindly merged into oncoming traffic. I didn't honk my horn or give him the finger and just did the "WTF are you doing" look. Then he gives me the finger three times, speeds ahead to get in front of me and brake checks. That kind of pissed me off because it was totally uncalled for. When I was young and dumb I probably would have lost it and chased him down but now I just shake my head and wonder what the hell is wrong with some people.

People in your household who get sick, test positive for COVID, then spend the next several days in common areas uncovered, open-mouth coughing and sneezing resulting in me waking up with a sore throat and a burning cough.

I'd been able to dodge this for the past 3+ years, but looks like the Rona finally got me.

The Rona comes for us all at some point or another.

I'm not going to actively TRY to catch it. But if I get it, I can have 2 weeks paid sick time off. Expires EOY, so not much time left...

Last time I had it, I watched all of the old A&E Horatio Hornblower series and drank a lot of soup. Was really really great to just let go of work, working out, travel and all that for a good 10 days. It wasn't bad for me, but I didn't want to spread it so I stayed in bed.

I guess what gmg is that short of having the Rona, it would be impossible to take a staycation like that ever again without feeling guilty about it.

I find your overwhelming positivity nauseating.

I always feel nervous when prying open pistachios that my fingernails will just give. I wonder of there is some pistachio shucker tool.

There is. It's another pistachio shell. They make the perfect tool becuase they are firm, shaped like the shell, and you can pry with them. Plus they are like, right there.
