Then wtf are you doing here? If there is no hope anywhere on the horizon then find something better to do with your time. Why would anybody in their right mind stick around unless they enjoyed annoying the hell out of others? It is pretty obvious what you are here for and it isn't the Flames.

Realistically or unrealistically.
Unrealistically is a package made around Matthew Wood.
Realistically would probably be a package made around Luke Evangelista.

Kemell, and Parssinen/Tomasino would be ideal for me.

Because I am a Flames fan. I must have missed where it says anywhere only delusional, toxic positivity allowed.
And as I have said it is easy to change things with a Hanifin and/or Lindholm deal. Either one of those could easily give fans a lot more hope going forward.
I am not sure why some fans think you should only be a fan during the good times. I have no interest in being a bandwagon fan that just jumps in when things are going bad. I don’t get as miserable as others must do when thu ge are bad. I am fine riding those times out so I can enjoy it when things are good.

I’ll bet teams have won the Cup who started the year as bigger long shots than the Flames. But not many. Maybe the Kings?
|
I think STL were at a 30-1 when they won it. Vegas making it to the final in the first year of the franchise. I think the odds for them to win the cup were 100-1 at the beginning of that season.

You’d have to think Hanifin would be open to signing an extension with Nashville.

I posted about a month ago that I thought Nashville was a good fit. I’d ask for Matthew Wood, a 1st, and Barrie. Flip Barrie at the deadline. That would be my starting ask but I’d think it unlikely Nashville would give both a 1st and Wood, so adjust from there.

A big portion of people here act like they ARE the Flames not just a fan. They react violently against anybody that exhibited any negativity. Know that and you are fine. If you follow the team all these years, you are by definition a fan. Doesn’t matter what is your opinion of the team at the moment.

Nashville, I'd grab Cody Glass and a 1st for Hanifin. Or Fedor Svechkov. I like Nashville as a trade partner.

I've followed the Oilers since the '90's. I'm the furthest thing from an Oilers fan. And there are plenty of negative opinions from regular, longtime posters, then there's a handful of people like yourself and Spurs who are just negative about anything and everything the team does. And then you feel the need to inject your overly negative opinions into topics that aren't about the team. If you post negativity just to agitate and elicit a response from others, you are by definition a troll.

Well then it is a good thing that nothing you claim in the 2nd half of your post actually happens.

I find that Spurs has sucked the life out of this place.
